I have ran the printer head alignment (multiple times since getting the machine in November) as suggested but my pass through toggle does not show up on my menu for my Pro. It has never.
Any suggestions to get it to show up?

Is the option not even visible in the drop down menu under the three dots?
No. It’s not even visible, grayed out.
I’m sorry for the trouble when trying to use Pro Passthrough. I see you’ve emailed us about this, and I’ve reached out to work with you there, so I’m going to close this thread.
