Perforate Glowforge veneer

Does anyone know how perforate Glowforge veneer for 0.307” or 0.25” tall mini letters without ripping the 3m tape? and would this be too small to cut and peel off the sticker without a rectangle outline?

Or make a removeable veneer sticker sheet without ripping the veneer for Personalizations?

If you cut it upside down you could add a score line at the base of the tab that would cut the 3M tape…

Thank you, sorry not sure what you mean?

If I’m understanding you correctly you want to make a cut that doesn’t fall out of the full sheet, but that you can push out with a little effort - but when you do the 3M tears rather than pulls off evenly.

So instead of cutting with the good side up, if you cut with the veneer side up you can add a score line that disconnects the 3M

Add a straight score over your perforated line.

So would print on 3m side up and perforate and Score lines?

Would that make it peel off the back like a sticker sheet? or just pop out then peel off 3m tape?

The latter.
You could figure out the settings that would allow you to cut though the veneer and not the 3m which would do the former, but that would take a bunch of testing!

If you want to go that route, then @evansd2 testing file would be your friend

Thank you for your help

The general term for this is a “kiss cut”.
