I’m trying to engrave a photograph and when I get the preparing photo it never proceeds past this mark it just spins in circles until I finally give up. I’ve tried this several times and tied rebooting my computer wifi machine everything any ideas how I can get past this issue?

Your file is causing the problem. It could be that it is too big, or that there is a problem with it. Do other files load properly? Would you care to share the file?

It loaded for me rather quickly. I suggest clearing your cache and or trying a different browser.
I didn’t upload it, simply dragged it onto the interface.

What browser do you use ? I guess I didn’t to think to do that.

I switch between Firefox and Chrome.

Ok I think this may solve it I forget I had issues with safari with my Cnc router table they told me to use either of those other browsers. I’ll try it again tomorow.
