Pink flashing light

I just replaced my black lid cable and my first cut went fine yesterday. Today on my second cut (a traced design), the button flashed white, then it flashed pink. Then we cancelled the cut.

Then we sent the print command back out to the GF and the light flashed white and we cut with no issue. During the cutting, the light flashed blue.

Is the pink or blue light an issue? Or is all ok? (Cut made at about 11:05 PST today).
Thank you,
Jackie Tan

I’m so sorry for the scare!

I extracted the logs from your Glowforge and didn’t see anything of concern. It is likely that the LEDs in the button are displaying a different color than just white.

The good news is that this shouldn’t affect the operation of your Glowforge. I’m going to close this thread. However, please let us know if you run into any more trouble by starting a new one or reaching out at support@glowforge.com
