I keep getting the safety interlock is open on my brand new pro.
I tried turning it off, making sure all the connections (power supply) were plugged in all the way and secure. Rebooted over 10 times and it didn’t work.
I carefully removed the print head, detached the cable and checked the pins none are bent or broken.
The interlock is the staple-like think above the power switch on the back.
It it’s secure, then the internal cabling has become detached and the machine will have to be replaced. You will need to email or call support to start the process.
Ahh man! Yup it’s very secure and pushed in as it should be.
This sucks! The machine is so new.
