Is there an 800 number I can talk to someone at GF? I’ve had my brand new machine for almost 3 weeks and have yet to make a single successful cut. There was a piece that was broken that they replaced. Now it’s still not cut incorrectly. It takes several days to receive any kind of email reply and I’m still waiting. So frustrating

There is no phone support.

Give us some details. Until Support gets the duplicates reconciled and closes this ticket, we can at least try to help move your troubleshooting alone.
