Can anyone help me? My LED’s stopped working yesterday, today after letting it rest yesterday and today, led’s still don’t work, printer head can’t be found error and getting the bumped error. I’ve unplugged, turned off, ect. Took these pics, looks like maybe something fried. Any help is so appreciated! Thank you!
That certainly looks like a magic smoke escape. Email photo to support and if you are in warranty they will replace it with a refurbished machine or offer a replacement at much less than retail.

There’s no online/remote solution to failed hardware.
Did you happen to “clean” the machine recently?

That most often happens when moisture from cleaning gets in that cable connection.
