While laser cutting my student’s ornament designs this morning my Glowforge Pro made a sound (kind of like a knock) and powered off and will not power back on. I had previously made 2 cuts on Proofgrade material of the same object that only took 3 minutes to cut. What could it be, any ideas how to fix?

Have you confirmed that the socket you’re plugged in to is live? Step 1: Plug something else in to the same outlet and verify that there’s juice flowing to the socket and you haven’t just popped a breaker.
Check the little “staple”-like piece on the circuit breaker on the back, next to the power switch. If it’s sticking out, push it back in.
Yes I do check , it works. I also checked the staple. It still will not power on.
You’ll have to wait for GF support for more help, but if I were a bettin’ man, I’d be betting you’re going to have to ship the machine back for service…
