Ahhhh! Thanks. Maybe I can find an online supplier.

(Going to finish this roll first - but it really has limited effectiveness.)

12 sheets at that size is about 1 full sheet of 5x5 Baltic(typically comes as 5x5 as opposed to a 4x8). Which a full sheet even up here in Canuckistan with our dollar is about 20$. So your paying a hefty premium for pre cut stuff.

Is it a dead 12" or 11 7/8" or so. If itā€™s a hair under 12" then they are probably just cross cutting 12" off the bottom of the sheet then ripping the rest. Is two pieces of your 12 pack cross grain?

Yeah, but John is the CIO of a multibillion dollar hospital system, and is active on standards committees around the world. Not a big sleeperā€¦

By the way, this whole project took about 2.5 hours from start to finish (glue up took overnight to dry of course) including CAD time/laser time. Sort of amazing. If we do these in bulk need to have an optimum sheet usage to make it quicker.

Just ordered it to give the high-tack a try. If that works it would be awesome.

Did you get a squeegee too? Those are useful in getting flat onto the surfaceā€¦

Cool project. I have a few friend who have a home brew setup that iā€™m sure would love something like this.
And thanks for the link for the plywood, iā€™ll be ordering some tonight.

Once I have debugged, I will post the files.
