Premium features not working - specifically shapes

I am a premium features subscriber. However, some of them are not working and I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I can insert a piece of clipart from the premium file, but when I go to insert a shape, it just cancels out. I have restarted the design and the lasercutter several times. Other features are working. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any ideas!

I just tested it and it’s working fine for me. So it could be a browser issue. I would try one or both of these things:

— empty cache and clear cookies in the browser you are using

— try a different browser

I am not sure what you mean by cancelling out?

It basically just didn’t respond. As if I had not clicked on the shape at all. I am going to try a different browser, based on the suggestion I just got!

I’m sorry to hear some of your Premium features aren’t working!

Thanks for the tips, @cynd11 I’m going to keep this thread open to make sure @skaviar is able to use the Premium features. Please let us know if you need further assistance!
