Premium subscription not recognized

I have a premium subscription, but when I go to the catalog, it doesn’t recognize it. I logged out and in again. This did not help. I checked my subscription. It is active. Emailed support.

Yeah, they have to set that up on their end so when they get your email they’ll get it fixed up. Just wait till they get to your ticket. It’s in line. :slightly_smiling_face:

@jreif1 I’m so sorry you’ve run into trouble with your Glowforge Premium Subscription. I’ve made some changes on my end and you should be able to download the designs the next time you visit app.glowforge.com.
