Preparing your print - then print stopped :(

Hey all, I’m trying to send a file and i’m stuck on “preparing your print” for about 10-20 minutes, then it goes to “print stopped - unable to complete the print”

can anyone help?

also, the material thickness option is greyed out and says “auto”. I’ve had this happen to me all day.

The piece that i’m cutting has a lot of preferated mesh-like design on it, but i was able to print a similar piece with some difficulty, but i was able to print it after visiting SVGOMG https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/

Does anyone else have this issue?
