Well, that’s good to know in case I run into mechanical issues with either of the units. (Understanding that is also a part of it, and I dunno nothing about that part either.)
Never cooked anything good enough to own a box grater or mandoline. Actually never heard of the word mandoline/mandolin associated with cooking utensils. Of course I have a cheese slicer for Velveeta. Another example of my woefully inadequate entry into the real world.
A jam buddy makes mandolins. Have closely studied their construction. Can’t for the life of me figure out how you could slice a finger. (A little porch jam. My arm with the banjo)
