I’ve had the Glowforge Pro only for a few months (opened the box Feb 3rd to be exact) and have had constant varying issues. So it started to where it wouldn’t replicate prints. The new material would be entered in the same exact location as I set tape markers and it will get more off-center. Now it seems like the camera isn’t seeing the entire area and the 1’x1’ grid in the upper left (it’s now gray about a half inch) and I’m shifted right so I did a realign…3 times…still off. Now it won’t recognize material placed in the unit. Anyone else having these issues? Customer service through email says only that they can" see I’ve printed " and This is getting very frustrating as I paid almost $10,000 USD for the Pro and Filtering unit and can not get any consistency to my work flow.
