Print job no longer showing up in the GUFI?

I’m a bit perplexed here because I’ve been paying regularly for Premium for many years and my various print jobs should stay in my print history indefinitely. But I have been noticing that some older print jobs that I haven’t accessed in awhile when I am scrolling through the quick glance of all my print jobs, I clearly see them and see in the preview that there are objects in it. But when I open the print job to print it again, there’s nothing there at all. Its just all gone. This hasn’t posed TOO big of a problem because in some of the cases I have been able to just recreate what I did. But there was one I wanted to recreate today and all the objects and everything is gone from the job, it is just an empty work area in the GUFI.

Why is this happening and can support get these back for me?? These print jobs should stay in my history indefinitely because that’s literally a feature of premium that I’m paying for?

Since you have premium, you should also have access to past prints. When you look at past prints for one of these files, are there any available?

I tried that! It just says I’ve never printed before but I obviously have! Everything including the history is gone!

Granted some of these jobs I haven’t done in a couple years but it’s my understanding as a premium user they stay indefinitely

Yes, they should still be there.

well….they aren’t. the system apparently thinks I never made these print job before and deleted all the objects in the work space in the GUFI. Obviously I have made the items before, but the system doesn’t recognize that I did.

I had this problem before, too. The file and UI were there, but it was empty and there was nothing in past prints. It had been over a year since I accessed those files when I tried to find them again.

I never resolved the issue, but mainly because I didn’t pursue it. At the time I was trying to find old files because my external hard disk where I saved everything had broken and I lost everything.

My husband ended up recovering almost everything from my hard disk for me, so I never contacted GF support to see if they could restore them.
