This is my very first print on my Pro. This was supposed to be a 6 sided pencil box. Why did it not print fully on the right and it did not cut thru? I also tried the gift of good measure it it too did not work.

If things don’t print on the right side of the bed, misaligned optics are suspected. Send photos to Glowforge support. This is not something that can be fixed by the users.

This is shipping damage. Your box was dropped hard enough somewhere on the way to you that mirrors in the laser arm are no longer aligned. Unfortunately Glowforge will have to send you another machine. support@glowforge.com is how you contact them.
