I have a Pro (coming up on three years now). Printing just fine.
Support’s standard response is one business day. Support will only address one owner per ticket, so piling on in someone else’s thread won’t get their attention. Every owner experiencing an issue needs to open their own support ticket.
Dan reported in the latest update they saw 1 million prints in August, that’s over 32,000 prints per day. There are over 26,000 machines out there. If this was a major issue, we’d see more than a handful of reports.
