I am having trouble getting my nearly brand new Glowforge Pro to print at all.
First this error comes up
Then this one
I’ve cycled the power several times on both Glowforge and computer (Windows 11) and cleaned the lens and camera, not sure what to do next?

I should have thought of that!
*edit: the file that didn’t work had many points in a small area. I think that’s why it didn’t work. Also because right after that I had an error which showed where there were too many points in a yellow square.
