"Print Stopped Unable To Complete"

Noooo!!!
1.5 hours into a 2 hour print it stopped with no warning

Orange light / “Print Stopped Unable To Complete”

Help?

Should I turn everything off while waiting for support to check the logs?

After scouring the community pages, I’m guessing it got too cold. Come on spring! Give me some warm days.

Now it’s stuck on Focusing.

If it did get too cold and paused, if you will just leave it alone without turning it off until it warms up enough, in theory it will continue the job. I’ve never seen it, but I live in a semi-tropical zone. :slightly_smiling_face:

Maybe put a space heater near your GF?

Warmed up the space. Still has the orange light and the app is stuck on Focusing

If the Wifi got flaky while it was sending a signal, it’s stuck and the print is shot. You can try rebooting to see if you can get it going again.

Problem solved via email. Thanks

I would check the ribbon cable connection to the head.
