Decreased print space when layer is ignored

Is anyone else having this problem with the glowforge app where if you change a layer to ignore then suddenly your print space is decreased by about 1/5 inches on the left? Below is a photo of my window when I have the design with one layer set to engrave and the other layer set to cut. I am using a template I had made (and have used for a while now with no problem) where the design size is 18x10 and I set the coordinates to 9.5,5.5. I had played around with it for a while because I know I had cut the file before but suddenly was having problems get it to fit. The GF community was helpful in catching me back up with the adjustments glad you got it working!
