I’ve been waiting on an email response for over 20 hrs, I’ve done everything sugested with no resolve

It sounds like you’ve already got an open ticket where you’ve been communicating. Posting here just opens a duplicate that they’ll close and continue working on your original ticket. Once they know what the issue is they don’t tend to contact you back unless they have new information/something for you to try. I’m afraid you’re just going to have to be patient. They will do everything in their power to get you up and working.

I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
