Help my printer head is stuck. Then after it’s done trying it makes like a pop sound. This is my 2 nd replacement. I took a picture of all the connectors which are fine. Also took all the steps they suggested. Nothing is working. This is similar as to my last repairs but I never noticed the click or pop at the end.
May want to post said pictures so when support does show up and they ask to see them you’re not waiting for them to circle back around after posting for them to look.
