Hi. This is my first time asking a question. I hope I am doing this properly. I did a search and tried all of the things that were suggested. I have been getting an error message saying “Print stopped” and it suggested turning it off, refreshing my browser, which I did do. Have I killed my Glowforge?
No. It’s usually just a glitch. If you’ve done what it said, just keep using it. If the error occurs again, then support can take a look at the logs.

Thank you. I just stopped trying fo a little while becasue after about an hour or two of trying, I gave up.
