Printing an inch off

hello there! My Glowforge is printing an inch off even after hitting “set focus”

Can you post pictures of your GFUI with the item you printed? Include the entire screen from your settings on the left to the name of your machine on the right.

I FIXED IT!

Turned it off, then on!

If cycling the power fixed your large alignment error it is highly likely that the head was bumped after initial calibration.

Hi @amanda2,

I’m glad you resolved it! I agree with @rpegg, its likely the printer head was bumped and reset itself when your Glowforge recalibrated after you restarted it.
