Hi hi I did not get the pro glasses with my Glowforge Pro :nerd_face:
Earlier they send email :Your Pro got a few upgrades. Pro Glasses worth $90 are included free.
where do I send a complain? :slight_smile:

Btw, as long as the passthrough shields are in place, your GF is 100% safe to operate without safety glasses.

I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it. I don’t know where mine are, and I removed the pro passthru shields shortly after I received my GF. There’s a rubber flap that keeps the slot covered.

They don’t provide glasses with the pro anymore. That was only with units purchased in the original crowd funding campaign.
