Got an Aura and was able to get it setup and working correctly. Now I’m trying to add my wife as a user. I added her email as a User and it says there is a pending invite for her. She got an email with a link that says Click Here to Get Started. When she clicks and signs in using her gmail account, it takes her to the “Welcome to Glowforge. Which of these applies to you?” page. Clicking “I want to be added….” Just tells her to have me add her as a user.
We seem to be stuck in a doom loop here. I don’t want to have to go through the whole setup process under her account.
I don’t see anything on the pending users about her accepting the invite, but I also don’t see where on her side the invite needs to be accepted. Clicking on “Click Here to Get Started” doesn’t have any Accept button. Is there somewhere else that should be?
Try signing out of your account, close the app. Restart your computer, sign in to the app, click your machine name in the upper right corner, click settings, click users and see if your wife’s email is listed.
