Problem on filter delivery web page

I am ready to receive my air filter, however, when I try to enter my address for shipping on the second page of the process, it tells me “United States” is not a valid country! It says

None of these are even options in the dropdown.
I’d love to get some help get my address (which is the address you already have for me) in the system so that I can get my filter.
