Ordered PRoofgrade materails 11/3. Still no shipment. Have e-mailed multiple times with no response. Called today and representative says that no-one can tell me what the problem or hold-up is.
Asked to cancel the order and now am on terminal hold.
Frustrating, to say the least.
I don’t know what the policy is, but the last time (a few years ago) that my order was messed up like that, the wood that arrived was not charged for.
