Profile information compromised!

Just want people to know your account information may not be safe.
Today I ordered some material. When I received the confirmation email I noticed my Name, Address, and Phone number was not correct. However the credit card information was. I then checked my profile and sure enough it had been changed. Alerted my CC company, and the first thing they asked was " have you CALLED Glowforge. You all know what the answer to that was!!! So far I am not real impressed with GF… In the first 2 days of owning I have had to major issues. 1. No power cord with my shipment. 2 Account information compromised. Can’t wait to see what tomorrows PITA is.
