I have done a lot of engraving, and there is no issue with mine. I seriously doubt that is necessary.

Can you check the bottom of your print head, and clean the windows down there as well?
After that, could you take a short video showing what you’re seeing?
Hi Pip!!! While the app was down I removed the hose and deep cleaned all over again.There was a pretty stubborn spot on the lense. Once I got that off and shop vacc’ed the hose output it has seemed to be MUCH better! Thanks for the help you all!!!

I can believe that a dirty lens could cause distortions in the beam and maybe even flares. But just for a data point, I have had a GF for 18 months and the hose has never needed cleaning. Yeah it’s dirty inside but nowhere near enough to restrict the airflow. The fan grill and blades needed regular attention.
