On March 2nd I ordered some PG material however so far I haven’t received any shipment confirmation. Usually these come about 2 days after the order but nothing yet.
I also emailed your support and got an email back on March 7nd saying it would be checked but haven’t heard anything further either, another week later.
Can you please look into this?

The last couple of times I ordered all I received was a order confirmation. I then received the order about 8 days later.
you’ll want to start your own problems and support thread to create your own ticket. if you post on someone else’s thread, it won’t start a ticket and you may not get an answer.
I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
