So I’m trying to make the maximum use of the wood, per the tech specs i can cut 11.5 by 20 so i resized and laid out the images to just under that size and it still won’t let me use the entire space. Is this a hardware issue or just a problem putting the wood into the machine? As far as I can tell the wood is placed as far forward as possible.
The letter you received said:
It’s maximum cut size is actually just slightly smaller than 11" x 19.5" by a few hundredths of an inch at the moment. The actual size will vary with engrave speed.

Thank you for your quick response, I just wanted to make sure it was not how the material was placed inside the machine. I will resize and reposition the files.
