Why does my glowforge pro sound like a jet engine all of a sudden? It is one month old, been working great, but I just tried to print something and it was so loud, I thought it was going to break. Help.
If you can record a video so we can hear the sound it might help.
In the meantime…
Are you using the internal, or external fan, or the filter?
If you’re using an external fan or filter, is the switch in the 3 dot menu set to yes?
What kind of sound is it? Whooshing, grinding, squealing, something else?

Sounds like the fan only much louder
The intake fan at the front right can suck up a piece of paper or something else small and rattle that around in the fan. The exhaust fan at the back left can also suck up a piece of masking and get noisy. It can also get dirty enough to not be balanced when spinning at high speed, which is also very noisy. Cleaning may help.
