Pass Thru would not work(would show option for 2nd cut when 1st cut had not been done) received new print head(Glowforge diagnosed as the issue) and now pass thru option has disappeared from dashboard nor will the new print head complete the steps for setup.
I see that you’ve also emailed us about this issue and I’ve just sent a response to you there. To avoid duplicate communication, I’m going to close this thread and will continue working with you over email.
