Red Riding Hood Cape

I took a little break from sewing after bringing the baby home. But now that he can sit up on his own, he has loved watching me sew and work with fabrics. So I decided to make another cape. This one was red riding hood inspired. I used the red scube suede and settings from this post:

That looks amazing! Welcome back! It must be nice having a little one that can enjoy your hobbies with you! I can’t wait to see what kind of Halloween costumes you come up with. That was always my favorite time of year because my kids would request custom costumes. It’s probably the only time they ever gave me to sew interrupted.
