Hello! Is there still a referral program? My referral page is completely blank. I’ve search the site and I don’t see anything that says the program is closed. I have a friend who is interested in getting a laser, so I am considering referral.
it is blank for me too. Suggest you open a support ticket.
Thanks but I have researched every possible solution for this, and nothing helps. It’s a blank page.
Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone. Sorry you are getting that too though!
Doesn’t affect me, I just checked for you. I have no use for the referral program.
My link still works. You can use mine! jk
But seriously, mine is working. I did have to login again though.
Try this link: Refer a Friend to Glowforge | Glowforge
We’re using a new referrals platform!
Have referral credits from the old platform?
Call Customer Care at +1-855-338-2122
for help redeeming them.
That link posted by trually comes up blank for me, even with ad blocking disabled.
Just call the number posted immediately above.
The page is working for me (chrome on iphone)- have you tried other browsers?
i called customer service. They had me open an Edge Browser In-private window and it worked. Very odd, but there it is in case anyone else has the same issue
Wonder what they’d suggest for Mac…
Download Parallels.
Install.
Download Windows.
Install to Parallels.
Download Edge.
Install Edge.
Open private browser tab.
Voila! Easy Peasy.
I actually have (and use) VirtualBox (for a sandbox linux system), but I am not aware of a free version of Windoze…
These days M$ reeeeeeeaally wants you to install their OS. You can just install it and tell it you don’t have a code right now and it’ll run near identical with the caveat you can’t change your backgrounds or other personalized alterations.
There’s still ways around things though. But if you’re just doing testing, no need to activate. It’ll just run as is minus the above.
I did everything possible to try and de-edge when I was running my win machine. Possible, but not easy. A variety of admin uninstall cli and a program or two to break the auto use in help and other win functions to open in MY preferred web browser of choice.
It’s funny that GF used to recommend Chrome, but so many things quit working with it. The app simply doesn’t even load on my iPhone (I have to take my phone down to the basement where I am living now to run a print…) using Chrome. The native Safari works fine though.
