I received my refurbished machine today, and I set up the wifi but the dashboard is still showing I’m offline. Is there something I need to set up or switch over from my last machine, or is there something else I need to do to get it back online?
Up in the right corner of the interface there is a place to select your printer. Since this is a replacement machine, your old machine may still be selected as the default. Select your new machine from the list and see if you aren’t online.

I’m sorry for the trouble when getting started with your replacement Glowforge. I’m glad to see that the advice @dklgood shared worked! I’ve gone ahead and removed the old Glowforge from your account so that only your current one will appear in the list in the app.
