MY New glowforge is installed and working, I tried naming it "Grabthar’s Hammer“ and it reverted to JGH-232 is it possible to remove the other old Glowforge(s) and rename mine?

I think you have to ask support and they’ll name them whatever you want. If I remember right, when I accidentally misspelled the name, only they could fix it…

They have done that for me on a couple of occasions.
I am so glad we were able to get this resolved and your printer renamed this morning. 15 characters or less for a Glowforge name is the key!
