I’d love to find out how to get my defective glowforge removed from my acct so I can add the replacement? I’ve emailed support multiple times with no response ? Extremely frustrated
Support will get you sorted with removing the old machine eventually.
Meanwhile, there shouldn’t be anything stopping you from adding the replacement unless you’re trying to use the exact same name. Are you getting an error?
