Does anyone know of a business that repairs a Glowforge machine? One of the pullies on the laser arm fell apart and I got the replacement from Glowforge but was unable to install it. I contacted Glowforge but they do not have a repair department. Any information or help will be appreciated.

They should’ve referred you to Wiregrass technologies. They do Glowforge repairs. You can find them on the web and if you search the forum there are lots of people talking about what they’ve had done with them. They’re highly regarded.

Wiregrass RESARECTED my dead GLOW PRO - one of the first ones made. They communicated how to do my part and what they would do, sent me an estimate, and repaired and cleaned my unit, I love those guys, if you are within UPS of FEDEX of DOTHAN, AL you can get your machine resuscitated.
