Replaced black lid cable and still nothing

I emailed support 3-4 days ago about my glowforge giving me a lid open notification in my dashboard.

Prior to that I started a cut and it stopped mid cut and went back to the start position. Before I could open it the lid open showed up on my dashboard. I opened and closed it, checked for debris, checked cables, long story short they sent me a new cable which arrived today.

I went to the link for installation and installed as instructed. I am still getting the same thing. We have crappy WiFi, so I reset all my routers and computer, unplugged the glowforge and reset each one by one with the glowforge last. Still getting the same lid open notification.

What else could be wrong???
