Replacement GF has flat spot/dent in rail

Hello,
This is my second GF. The first one I received on 11/9 was a dud. It took a month of problems, frustration, loss of material and holiday profit to Finally get them to replace it. I got a replacement on 12/24. I was setting it up today and noticed a flat spot/ dent in the rail right where the wheels will be going. I can only assume that this will disrupt the laser and or damage the wheels. I have left support another email LOL.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

BTW…Has anyone ever spoken to a human at Glowforge?

Man, that is bad. So sorry. Pretty hard to excuse an obvious blemish like this, especially on a vital part.
