Requested downgrade a week ago and have received delivery email for wrong version


I raised a ticket by email last Friday, requesting a downgrade from the Pro to the Basic. Since then I’ve received the delivery email for the Pro. I have not replied to this email.

Please correct this, refund the difference and send an updated delivery email or delivery email date estimate
