I purchased a replacement printer head at the suggestion of tech. It did fix the original issue. It does not work. They told me I would get a full refund if mailed back. Thus far I have asked for days and have been getting the runaround about issuing a return label. They plain won’t send me one. Does anyone have the address so I can just ship it back on my own? At this point my laser doesn’t work and they have totally stopped helping me. It’s a refurb that has literally 70 hours of laser time on it. I have no where else to turn to get this $500 back. And they said I had to return it within two weeks but won’t send me return info. Help pls.
