Return Process - no one responding to my emails

Does any one know how I can reach anyone to start a return on my filter besides email? I’ve been trying to reach someone for two days via email & no response…

You just created another support ticket (in addition to the one(s) created by email). Sit tight – they’ll get to you. It just adds hours to their work when they have to resolve endless duplicate tickets. :slight_smile:
