Does anyone know how long it takes for a returned air filter to be processed and the refund issued? So it took about a month to get any tangible response about the filter not functioning to begin with which only happened because I opened a thread here. I got tired of waiting and I retuned the filter approx 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything. I love the hell out of my glowforge but it’s as if aliens brought me some awesome next level tech without the capacity for inter galactic communications. Well hopefully opening this thread will get me a response…
