Right side pulley wheel just disintegrated

I was doing regular cleaning…fans, lenses, etc. Went to put the belt back on and the right plastic pulley wheel thingy just crumbled. Just the plastic outer part. The ball bearing part in the center is still attached. Does the ball bearing part need to be removed as well? if so, how do I go about that? Not finding any info in the community and the replacement part appears to have the metal center section. Thanks in advance.

Since you don’t want to break the plastic part of the replacement one, you’ll probably want to remove the old bearing and replace the whole part at once. That’s what their instructions will have you do, here:
