Somehow the metal roller that keeps the laser / camera on the track is broken, rendering my machine useless - any idea where I can get a replacement? Still waiting on support to get back to me
Which roller? Take a photo and support staff will be able to send out a replacement.

Goodness. That is the first time I have seen that one crack. I’m sure it isn’t the first one ever, just the first one for me. Wonder if it hit something to break the metal? Just thinking out loud.
