Rust Removal?

I was wondering if the 40W Co2 Laser would be powerful enough to remove rust as seen in this video?

My thinking is that with the camera in the lid, the Glowforge would be able to read the surface and be able to laser off the rust (I would imagine at a much slow speed than in the video).

Anyone know if a 40W Co2 laser is strong enough?
