Weve been emailing email@example.com as well as messaging glowforge facebook chat requesting for a sales invoice for insurance. So far there had been no replies except for some questions from the fb account which after a while did not reply. It has been more than a week. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get a sales invoice from glowforge?
The support team doesn’t check Facebook, they do check the Problems and Support section here, so they’ll see it now.
But you could probably screen cap the order information by going to your account at Glowforge.com and printing off the order information there.
Just click on your email address in the upper right-hand corner, then Purchase History.
I did the same, but it took about 14 days to get a response with an invoice.
